Another hop site

I was looking for hops for the hibernation ale, freshop had none of them. I found this site that had them.

    All-Grain
    5.5 Gallons

    14# Vienna Malt
    1.5# Flaked Oats
    12 oz. Caramunich
    8 oz. Special Roast
    8 oz. Biscuit
    6 oz. Chocolate Malt

    1 hour mash at 154
    65 minute boil

    1 oz. Amarillo at 65 minutes
    .5 oz. each Northern Brewer & Nugget 15 min.
    .5 oz. each Northern Brewer & Nugget 5 minutes

    Yeast: Wyeast 1335 (British Ale II)
    2.5 week primary at 68 degrees

  7. we should do all grain for the smaller carboy. with the help of beersmith, we could do everything in the kitchen with just another pot and large grain bag
