This is one of the most brewed beers over @ the hombrewtalk.com forums. Lots and lots o' good feed back. Figured we'd give this one a try due to the rave reviews and the economical price tag.
8 lbs. 2-Row Pale Malt
2 lbs. Vienna Malt
0.5 lb. Crystal 10L Malt
1.0 oz Cascade 6.6% at 60 min.
0.5 oz. Cascade 6.6% at 30 min.
0.25 oz. Cascade 6.6% at 15 min.
0.25 oz. Cascade 6.6% at 5 min.
Single Infusion mash for 60 minutes at 152 degrees
Sparge w/ 175 degree water
Pitch Yeast @ 75 degrees
